This page summarizes the cancellation and refund terms for Shopstage subscriptions and credit packs. Your consumer rights are set out separately in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the dashboard under Settings > Plan (through the payment portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period; you keep using the service until then and are not charged for the next period. If you subscribed through Shopify Billing, you need to cancel from your Shopify admin.
Trial period
If you cancel within the 7-day trial, you are not charged anything. When the trial ends, the plan you chose begins and the first period's fee is charged.
Monthly and yearly plans
Once a period has started, the fee for the paid period is not refunded because use of the service has begun. Cancelling a yearly plan means it will not renew at the end of the yearly period; no partial refund is made for the remaining months. If you have not used the plan at all, the fee is refunded if you make a written request within 14 days after the first payment.
Credit packs
- Packs in which no credits have been used are refunded if requested within 14 days after purchase.
- For packs that are partially or fully used, the used portion is not refunded.
- Credits spent on failed or incomplete AI generations are automatically restored to your account.
- Purchased credits do not expire at the end of the month.
Refund requests
Write to destek@shopstage.net from your account's email address with the payment date and the reason. Eligible requests are refunded within 14 days at the latest, to the method the payment was made with. Your bank's processing time to your account may apply separately. We ask that you contact us first; if a chargeback is started, the process follows the provider's rules, and the account may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
